End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Mole Tracker is designed exclusively for self-monitoring, educational tracking, and visual timeline management. It does NOT provide clinical diagnoses, does NOT replace in-person dermatological examinations, and is NOT a certified medical device under FDA/CE regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mole Tracker iOS application, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement provided by FlashSoft OU.

2. Informational & Tracking Scope

The visual analysis provided by the application is an educational aid based on the ABCDE criteria of melanoma. It cannot rule out malignancy. If you notice any changing spot, bleeding, itching, or asymmetric lesion, immediately schedule an evaluation with a board-certified dermatologist or medical doctor.

3. License Grant

FlashSoft OU grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FlashSoft OU be liable for any personal injury, diagnostic delay, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
